There is more substance in this 9 min presentation than in the whole semester of the MBA change management class I am just finishing up. The audio in the background is pretty dominating though which makes it hard to easily focus on the content...

Hi Paul. I am an instructional designer at Seneca College in Toronto (Canada). I've been designing a short course on Introduction to Leading and Managing Change. The course is to be delivered to a group of education administrators in Tanzania as part of an international aid & development initiative. In searching for some multimedia resources to augment our print materials I just came across your superb video. It would work perfectly as a summary to our material. So, a couple of quick questions: 1) Would you allow us to link to the video? 2) Would it be possible for you to turn on the captions (CC)? We are trying to model best-practices re: accessibility. As far as I'm concerned "Change" is part of our daily life. It is not a newness. Nonetheless, many people do not agree with change because they are afraid of what is coming next. This video argues how important is to make thinks different. You can not survive if you are not in reaction to the future.
